Recipe – Taco Soup

Need a quick easy recipe for a cold winter day? This is simple, quick, easy and delicious!

Taco Soup

serves 6-8 people

1-2 lb beef

1 can kidney beans

1 can pinto beans

1 can rotel

1 can corn

1 can mexi stewed tomatoes

1 can small green chilis

1 pkg taco seasoning (3 T)

1 pkg hidden valley ranch (3 T)

Simmer for 30 minutes...

Serve with cheese, picante sauce, and fritos
