I love my moments with my little guy!
He is already 18 months old and I can't believe how fast time has gone.
I love laying this little guy down. We started a bedtime routine when he was about 4 months old and we stick to it. He knows the drill! He runs around the house with a big smile and gives everyone a kiss. If you are visiting our home when it is naptime or bedtime you will receive a high five or a kiss! After saying all his goodnights he holds my hand and we will walk to his room.
Next we are turning off lights and closing the blinds as we start singing "Jesus Loves Me".
These days my little one will bust a note with me. I can see all too soon he will be singing on his own. I am so thankful the Lord has given me a little one that has enjoyed a bedtime routine. (Let me just say right here....NOT all of our precious children went down this easy.)
For now, as long as this little guy is enjoying them, if you are in our home you will find us walking and singing together before naptime or bedtime. I am not about to miss any of these moments that will all too soon disappear.
