The Relationship with Technology

I pretty much have a LOVE/HATE relationship with technology.

I LOVE that facebook connects us with old friends!
I HATE that the family gets sucked into hours of mindlessly wondering 'friend world'!

I LOVE wii because it is virtually gaming at its best with the family interaction at an all time high.
I HATE that the first words out of my little boys mouth each morning is "Can we play wii?" NO, it is 6:00 a.m.!

I LOVE computers and the access it gives us to learning with a variety of ages in our home.
I HATE that they decide to crash from time to time and cause a great deal of stress for all involved at the most horrible moments!

I LOVE cell phones where I can be reached by my children at anytime they need me.
I HATE they have apparently been glued to the palm of their hands!

I HATE that texting can consume this younger generation.
But I LOVE that my husband can sit in a meeting and say,
"How is your day?"
"I love you!"

Nothing can warm a womans heart more...than to know she is being thought of in the middle of the day!

Nothing will warm a mans heart more ...than to know he will come home to a very content and happy wife!
