Gluten-Free...Check This Out!

Hello my fellow Gluten watchers!

I am a newbie at learning and watching what I do with Gluten. I am not totally Gluten-Free but it is a goal to work towards.

Today I discovered a few of the top blogs for being Gluten-Free. Just KNOW...that I have not checked these out more than just a glance. If there are some Gluten-Free pro's out there I would love to get your feedback on these sites.

As I am hearing more and more friends that are not able to tolerate Gluten I would love to have some links to help them as they learn this new life style. I would have loved someone to have this available to me. It can be hard enough to make changes but to make changes and not even know what you are doing is even more difficult. I am thankful for technology and eager to figure some of this out in the near future.
